RS 4 was nerfed to provide only 6 combo’s, so RS4 in RS5 field provides 6 bleeds, which is equivalent in dps to having the chill on you. Shouldn’t be any more of an issue than it already was.
Also, now that the condition damage coefficient is much lower, we can say goodbye to insanely high (1k) deathly chill ticks, which was a symptom of might-stacking.

RS 4 was nerfed to provide only 6 combo’s, so RS4 in RS5 field provides 6 bleeds, which is equivalent in dps to having the chill on you. Shouldn’t be any more of an issue than it already was.
Except the RS5>RS5 combo is now applying 3 condis, so clearing the damage is less consistant. Also since the damage is coming from bleeds, it will no longer be affect be -chill duration talents.

I see where you’re coming from, but things like Suffer just won’t be scary anymore. It used to do 2.4k damage, now it will do half that. Plus, bleeds don’t scale well with might like Deathly Chill used to. There is a reason the condi class that focuses on bleeds (ranger) is complete trash. Without off the charts chill damage (reaper), burning (old burn guard), or confusion (mesmer), a slow bleed is just a slow bleed.
