Without any CD reset, I called it a 1v2 (more like a 1v1 non-stop :P). Use this video to show how zerker warrior can be a high risk/high reward setup if played well. Nothing offensive to players in this video, they are all good players.

We all know the best way to beat Cele eles are to either roll necro (the safe way) or to go full damage in order to burst the cele ele in order to counteract their sustain. I too prefer the high risk high reward way ;p

How do you deal with thieves? When I’m on zerker warrior, I’m having the toughest time vs thieves coz Im noob scrub unlike you.

When I fight thief I always look at their blind skills (D/P #3 and #5), and lure them to let them think that they gonna blind you, which you pop your berserker stance right before you are about to get blind. At this moment thief thinks they are safe but in fact its their most risky moment. You can use this moment to out dmg them to force them to pop their cd and then you win the 1v1 bascially. Sometimes I will mess up too, but I guess warrior can beat thief like 70/30 chance. (Warrior has bigger chance to win for sure)

Do you mean warrior has a favorable matchup against CS thief or SA thief or both?

i wouldn’t say a berserker warrior counters an cele ele. They just have a better chance. than most. I mean if you look at the video Anas could have very well died, he made the most out of opportune moments to get the 2 eles down. I still think overall though an ele should have the slight edege whether the warrior is zerker or not. An ele’s damage and burns are nothing to be messed with.

Not really, must be hard to Earth 2 combustive shot and win off of that.

I’ve beaten eles on zerker warrior but it was 1v1 not 1v2 coz Im not the best warrior NA. A lot of eles escape when their hp gets too low.

Thieves with all their blinds plus stealth is the one Im having the most problem with on my warrior. On my ele, I sometimes could 1v2 thieves.

Haha all good bud, try to practice what I said and I believe you can do better, and also try to attack on the blinding powder right after they went in stealth on that blinding powder. Best luck for you!

Zerker Guardians are good 1v1 builds too, able to down most meta classes. Doesn’t mean it’ll work in your average TPvP match.

Rom runs Zerker in his comp (at least he used to, I’ve missed quite a few tournaments) but he’s with a competent team that runs a support Guardian who’s able to keep him up in X v 1 situations. Once he’s away from that Guardian he’s toast. Any other Zerker class on a team who isn’t a Thief or Mesmer… will get +1’d by a Thief or Mesmer.

This isn’t anything new but nice vids!

second vid you rampaged the ranger, then the war jumped you and you ran to wait around the corner and blasted him

all great and fun to watch plays, none of them are 1v2, 1v2 implies fighting two people at the same time from the start, you missed so many skills it was crazy but hey, kitten happens, also, those vamp runes trolled you harder then i have ever seen lolol

I think I get why people respect you as a player. It isn’t just skill or, play style etc (and I know you have experience and expertise in both).

It is a humble attitude and the willingness to improve. A lot of ‘top’ players in games or sports or what have you tend to get stagnant because they think they have hit a plateau, usually going hand in hand with arrogance.

I am glad to see someone recognized by many conducting themselves in this manner. Kudos.

Yeah, so glad he isn’t getting arrogant by laughing hysterically about killing the others, texting those “i was better” smilies and tell ppl about the 1v2ing which isnt a 1v2 at all in forums.

In the first vid, i only see a lot of badly times skills, a player using autoprocs (vamp rune) that he doesnt take into account any time, a lot of luck and very bad opponents that wont use a stunbraker to get out of your big chain that killed them and also dont use blinding ashes in any good way. Also using updraft but not do anything about it, when it hit. The second one you needed to rampage xD
Its not bad play and as someone who rarly plays war i’d say you are better than me playing war, but also nothing great to brag about.

Certain ranger builds and zerker warriors soft counter d/d eles. Although not a direct hard counter because dd els don’t have one atm, I’ve witnessed rampage warriors down d/d eles from full hp in less than 15s.

Nothing much to say but thanks so much for the compliment! I’m always willing to learn and I know that no one is perfect in this world. The purpose of this post is to lower the hate of DD Eles recently, and actually to enjoy with people who dislike DD Ele a lot. Hopefully people don’t misunderstand that I’m saying DD Ele is balanced, which it isn’t. It’s probably… nope it’s for sure the most broken build happened in GW2 history since launch.

Anyways, really appreciated your compliment and hope you enjoyed the vods!
