How do you get?
you buy it, but wait… you have no money because all you do is PvP? tough luck homie, it takes either real money or fake PvE money to get that finisher. Sadly playing enough pvp cant make you have cooler finishers than the guy who spent hours farming PvE (aka suppose to be less skilled).

you can get one from tourny chests actually, but the one you buy from the gem store is permanent.
