Honestly, Moa Morph is extremely balanced because it can be countered so easily. The Mesmer must remain stationary while casting… this serves as a telegraph so that the enemy can dodge.
Successfully dodge Moa Morph and not only will the ability fail (obviously), but it will go on its 90 second cooldown. The elite can even be blocked with something like Aegis.
Oh, and Heartseeker is not broken. Yes, it’s annoying as hell and stupid game design, but people need to understand that outside of 1v1 Heartseeker spamming Thieves are pretty useless. Why? Because they are so fragile that in any team fight they are easily killed – AoE melts them and with a single stun and a little focus fire, they’re finished.

I agree in Team Play they (thieves) aren’t as OP. 1v1s are still a very important aspect of sPvP when you get a chance to have them though.
Engi damage is fine…. pistol/pistol and bomb kit ftw.. Moa is fine, heartseeker doesn’t need damage nerf just up initiative cost to 5 stead of 3 prob solved there. Ele’s are amazing if played right.. I think for most part the game is pretty balanced. A few tweaks here and there but nothing that can’t be solved easily. As a necro/Guard I find it fairly easy to avoid moa/ and if a thief is good he will not spam heartseeker.. Spam HS is for people that do not understand thief’s atm.

do not buff engineers.. Im maining engineer and we do NOT have any problems when it comes to dmg or survival. just fix some minor bugs they have

Heartseeker: Reduced damage of the 100%-50% threshold by 20%. Damage thresholds changed. Old: 100%-66%, 66%-33%, 33%-0%. New: 100%-50%, 50%-25%, 25%-0%.
Now thieves will wait till 50% HP to spam it!
