Why I like it:
Huge bonus to HP.
Allows 100% swiftness buff uptime through Locust Swarm and Spectral Walk (Necro)
usually i prefer rune of the traveler..
I can ’t imagine that anyone plays without getting the 25% movement speed buff somehow…
I like using it on dps guard (ittybittybunker’s build). But otherwise I wouldn’t use it as most classes have access to swiftness via traits and if you needed more swiftness pack runes would probably be better.

You’re not the only one, I know many people who us it. I used it awhile back, but now I just run signet of x (Whichever gives 25% movement on that class.)
I agree that it’s very valuable. I mean, if you’re like a bunker class you won’t need speed much, but if you’re meant for rotating from point to point and dropping the enemy, you’ve got to be able to get there in time.
This is that new sound. Ya’ll ain’t ready.
