The Rule of Healing Power
Maybe with the new expansion necro, mesmer and thief get more viable usage of healing power so we can start to run celestial on them and be effective.

As of right now, HP is the least invested stat in the game. Although some can really benefit from it (celengineer, celementalists, regen ranger, etc) most don’t bother with it.
The question I should ask now is, why? But I’m lazy and don’t wanna write a wall of text. So I’m just asking a simple question: WHEN should you invest in Healing Power?
IMO – whenever it doesn’t JUST affect your heal and regen.
Celengineer: regen – HT – Backpack Regen – water blast – EG #5 maybe
Celementalist: Perma regen – water att – heal sig – soothing mist
Shoutbow: regen – shouts – heal sig
regen ranger: perma regen – signet – heal – (pet f2 maybe?)
^all these have more than just heal/regen heals.
Why else would you invest into it? Is it better than extra toughness? What about vit? When can necro’s be healed in DS?
