Hi, lately i’ve been playing pvp a lot and like i did in gw1 i like to run different builds often, but in gw1 you could save ’’templates’’ wich basically automatically loaded your runes and build you had previously saved and then all you had to do is equip the weapon.
I find a bit annoying everytime i want to play a new build in pvp i have to spend 10 minutes remaking everything i had done before.

So i think it would be a great addition if we could save build templates and even link them to guild chat and whatnot like we did in gw1

Whilst it would be a very nice feature (as well as having the possibility for different weapon sets for pve and pvp (as we had before the big feature update)), I don’t recall that they promised anything like that. I don’t even think that they said they were looking into it. Feel free to prove me wrong.

would be the best update since launch but will never happen because pvp doesn’t earn enough money to be worth receiving features that would need more than 2 hours of paid work.

While i made the post specifically for pvp reasons, i don’t see what would stop them from expading this to both pve and pvp, that way you could save builds you saw and share it with your guildies aswell, honestly it was one of the most convienent things in gw1 now that i think back and i really miss it

Dont know if this is true:
Someone said that was implemented in the beta, but had the problem that ppl could get monster skills into their bar with the chatcodes (giants stomp e.g.)

That’s false, i played in every beta no such thing existed and even if it did they would fix it not remove it for 2 years because of a bug. In fact in gw1 you could also do that and make funny builds but they wouldn’t load
