The change to movement skills is senseless

So was immob stacking. But I imagine there is some technical reason for both

At least immob stacking was clearly to make the game easier. This change just removes a mechanic that works fine at all levels.
So far I’ve read ‘but GS will be OP’ and ‘no more rocket boot superspeed’. You realise they could just make movement skills independant of superspeed right?
And to all the aspiring GS warriors out there, it’ll be a nerf to whirlewind attack (which does more damage when chilled – another feature that will be removed).
At least we got some nerf thief threads up, GG community.

Immobilize stacking was an epic fail. This is going to be an epic fail as well unless they have a rabbit in their hat to rebalance things (example: revert the previous mobility nerfs to light classes, like RTL. or add slow as well as chill to the elementalist water and earth lines).
haha. It is like watching a wreck in the process of happening. You can scream to ANET, but until the crash occurs, they will be oblivious.
