Hey guys, in your opnion, what changes to the current LB can be made to be good for casuals and for try-hard players?

Fact 1: The current leaderboard gives more for try-hard players, and even more for try-hard plus skilled players (high winrate). An LB for Farm + Skill.

Fact 2: Casual players, even the skilled ones, are far behind or even off from the LB, some of the last players in Leaderboard ( https://leaderboards.guildwars2.com/en/na/pvp?page=40 ) have 70%+ winrate, but not enough games to be placed. Today, you have to play at last 40 games to start climb up, and this number is increasing over time.

Fact 3: Because of average points from players are increasing over time, without limit, sometime will be impossible to climb up for new or casual players. Because if you lose less points for losing games, and every game win points for win, everyone points are climbing up.

Personal Perspective: I play at last 3 times for week, 10 games/week average . I have 40.91% of winrate and 11 points and I am 77% rank. I am a casual GW2 player (I split my time with BF4, Dota2 and other games). Seems to be very hard for me climb up the LB, even with better skill play (that’s not worth).

To me, a simple change to odds of winning points, instead of win points for lose, not win points at all in loses will change this scenery. Why the points will stop climbing up and start to drop, giving chances for casuals to climb up if playing well.
