Ok, this may not be the correct forum, but in Heart of the Mists, the training NPCs seem insanely strong. They can hit hard, and have a nice HP pool, and armor… I have hit warriors for 6k before in yes… Hotjoin… but I am lucky to hit the warrior NPC for 3k with the same build, when he turns around and hammer bashes me for 4k. The guardian is the same story, and the thief… Holy kitten!

Are these NPCs using real HotM builds/gear/stats? The NPCs feel harder than near any player of the same profession most of the time…

Phelan don’t pay attention to the trolls. The answer is yes the NPCs have stats and gear beyond those obtainable from spvp gear, thats only cause they have terrible AI and never dodge correctly. more so their AI is usually better than some of the zerg tactics and poor play styles influenced by the hotjoin atmosphere. I hope this helps.

If you’re just talking about gear/ stats, don’t know. But actually fighting them is ridiculously easy.

They r realy easy to kill (you should kill them with any profession rly fast), if they can kill you you need to learn to play. And you realy need to learn to play, alot. Learn few weeks then try again. If you cant kill them at all, just go play PVE or WvW.

they are more likely to learn some skills of professions and how to dodge them, not to simulate real players in case of stats and dmg imo

The NPCs make good punch bags when you’re testing out new builds. Also, they cheat and somehow use all the utilities available to a class at seemingly random cool down times. However, they don’t dodge but you can’t push them off convenient cliffs either :<

Ya, I like to use them to test builds also… They just feel like they get like WvW gear instead of spvp gear with how hard they can hit vs how hard they can be hit… I’ve not found a single player who can do both so well without lots of evasive techniques.

Your 2nd place in NoobJoin is means something? It mreans, you taged good amount of enemies. Noobjoin is noobjoin noone there rly knows how to play, its place to test builds or for PVE players to farm glory, i know that NPC’s are harder to kill then ppl in HotJoin, there is no skill in hotjoin (just mindless zerg) .

If you cant kill NPC (bot without brain) how can you kill player with brain who know how to play??? Yes you can kill other noob in Hotjoin but that menas nothing.

Just learn to play. When you kill NPC you can try with real ppl.

P.S. So far, i didnt met pvp player who can get killed by NPC.

easiest thing to kill in PVP:

1. training dummy
2. AFK player
3. total noob player
4. training NPC
5. Noob player

So we’re getting into a debate now about the relativity of comparative adjectives…

In this case, harder doesn’t mean “not easy”, it means “not as easy”. I can see what OP is getting at, the health pool doesn’t feel the same as what you would face against a real opponent. Lets not get off topic here.

I’m guessing you were thrown at a wall as a child? I CAN KILL THEM EASILY, BUT PLAYERS MORE SO!

Let me see if I can dumb this down for you…

I can easily kill the NPCs.
However, I can kill most players easier.
My question is; Do the EASY TO KILL NPCs have otherwise unobtainable stats/gear than EASIER TO KILL players.

8v8 hotjoin is not L2P

Nevermind. Done wasting my time on this kittenty community. Anyone without a hardcore elite tpvp guild needs to l2p it seems.
