hmmm this is true!
season 1, reaper is nice, but held in check by tempest!
season 2, reaper is much more nicer than season 1, since tempest kinda nerfed a bit.
season 3, reaper can be still nice if played in the right hands and has good support!

When PvP throws you lemons, watch them chase the thief all over the map while you bash your head on the desk.
