Guild Wars 2

Hi guys i played gw2 for a long time and across all classes except for thief .
Now i want to learn to play also this class .
Someone can give me a nice pvp build for dummies with which i can learn his skills and gameplay and a nice build to play in sPvP (later) with my friends?
