Only Anet believes that the matchmaking is working just fine :-).

I would have a question for them. I was watching stream of the top players lately. If the game tries to give you as fair match as possible, how come the top players barely face each other? Most of the time they face players who are not even in top 250. I ask why? How would you justify this to be fair? So the top players just steamrolling lower lvl players and gain their easy rank points? Why not to put them against each other to see who is actually the best?

And you think this is fun from the other perspective? I constantly jump from silver to gold and back again. Once i get some nice win streak then bang…i get matched against people that are totaly out my and my teams league and i get “nice” loosing streak. Some of those matches are so one sided i simply refuse to belive those people belong in to same match with me.
Something is totaly wrong with matchmaking. If i’m silver i should be placed with other silver players, if i’m gold i should be placed only and ONLY with gold people.
NO exceptions

No one likes it….

I’m SIlver, get on 8-9 win streak, go against platinum teams with my Silver/Bronze team, I lose, Must be where I belong according to forums.

I mostly play for the new Free-For-All arena in PvP lobby.
….. And Elementalist.
