as of right now its almost impossible to create or hold a team in this game and i think we need some sort of in game creation support that helps drive and force players to stick together. World of warcraft did it perfectly forcing team creation and if you left your team you lost your rank.

Anet keeps talking about esports but wont allow the structure to be put into place for that to happen.

The title is misleading, it’s like you want a tool just based on the title.

The first paragraph is talking about a drive to hold teams together.

The 2nd paragraph is talking about soloq which really has nothing to do with holding teams together.

Are you stating that:
As a solo Q player you are encountering team mates quitting in matches?

if not, can you clarify a bit more?

I always get lost when a person runs all their thoughts together and only uses two periods in the whole thing. Is this a texting thing?

I think he’s saying that queuing on your own sucks and leads to people abandoning matches so you should make a tool to create teams. Probably.

pvp has an lfg tool for teams, but no one uses it
