Frenzy good for attuning Buffs, like Tranquility and Stillness.

Ranger just had different mechanics, which are unique in this game and need a bit of skill to counter them. A good ranger is a very powerful things. Have you seen trap ranger??

Why would use use krait runes with GS/hammer and rampage? That doesn’t make any sense.
For the condi’s when I used my elite obviously,
Played a few games today, same as usual 500-499 balance games with great skill throughout. Some highs and some lows.
Please don’t derail, else topic will get closed.
The balance team have never been so good in my opinion.

It’s difficult to pinpoint exactly how balanced, or unbalanced, the game actually is compared to prepatch as mistakes are a bit more unforgiving now. Let me throw out an example
Burn Guard does generally little damage (less than zerks) against high cleansing team but the moment he gets in a 5man cleave, he can get in 14+ burn stacks dealing several 7k+ AoE tick damage. The damage is 3x that of power builds as you can get 3 or 4 ticks from a single whirl.
Apart from Carrion’s 900 power, Guardian’s only form of damage is burns and it can be completely counterable by a single condi cleanse. It’s overpowered if you don’t have any.
The same could be said about other classes. Eles are powerful if you eat their fire attunements then letting them peel away to heal up. Mesmers are powerful if you receive all shatter spikes, then letting them peel away to heal up. What makes things unbalanced is that each class does not having the same window of opportunity (or lack there of, in this case) to counterplay.
Other classes like Guardians, Warriors and Rangers are 2x more outplayable compared to said classes. This is the current balance issues with the game.
