You can use a finisher on somebody on the other side of a wall. Is this intentional?

To clarify, in the battle of khylo, I was outside of the clocktower, downed. Someone from INSIDE the clocktower used a finisher on me. I can’t beleive this is intended, since I felt like I managed to get away.

Probably not intentional but khylo sure has a lot of bugs around the clock-tower. Either that, or you got stomped by an invisible thief who was in refuge, stumbled across your downed body, and finished you while all along you thought it was someone inside the tower

What he/she said. As long as they are in the radius whether you be on top of something or below or through wall, you gonna get finished.
