So I am really dispointed, with my 2 first matches, i was facing 2 teams, so for now im gonna just destroy every single match I will play to get my mmr down.

ok may be im wrong, but how does it work now?

I had 2 matches , and the players in my team or the other are not new or noob to the games. So if this is not MMR based then is based on what? Luck?

Ranked Arena has a rank requirement for new accounts, so you actually can’t get total noobs in there. Aside from that, the matches consist of 10 players of mixed skill that are randomly assigned to both sides (while trying to balance the average skill on both teams).

Trying to lower your MMR will have a very minor effect, if anything at all, on your overall ability to win matches. There are plenty of good players with low MMR who are on their way up, and you will still be matched up against them since they haven’t found their place at the top yet.

Facing teams doesn’t really mean that much. Not all of them are even using VoIP and at best maybe have synergized builds. It’s not like you can’t win against teams because it still comes down to personal skill. If you’re going up against teams from like pro league then yeah you will probably lose, but you still have a good shot against others.

ok but the rank has a very low meaning, (bebcause of private arena, and ppl abusing from skyhammer) so no this rank requirement thing is only a smoke screen.
and the team I faced are not random team .1/2, was above the average

Anyway, so the game is still mmr based, that all I want to know.
All I know is beeing good and low mmr = hight chance to win
