Too many people playing d/d ele
It’s not really the class or weapon set that’s the problem, it’s the Might stacks.
Condi Necro, Shatter Mesmer can kill it relatively fast due to the boon removal. Hambow can drive it off-point if the Ele fails to pressure the Warrior before his dodges/stab/sustain runs out.
Mobility is also not that much of an issue, because no other class uses a 180 second CD just to run away/run to something…

Because in their November balance patch, ANet didn’t want to shake the meta! It would’ve been too much for the players to handle! Really though, I don’t understand why they didn’t nerf cele ele even now. They also left autofear necro untouched. I really thought there might be some new direction with such a sudden balance patch, but ANet basically did nothing good except nerf bearbow.

I don’t see a disproportionate amount in soloequeue between R50-300ish. Maybe like 1 every other game?
I see far more medi guardians (not saying the build is OP, cause it isn’t), power rangers, and celestial or turret engies. I can pretty much count on there being one or two of these builds in every soloqueue game.
If you’re talking about teamqueue, the reason might be because a lot of teams want to try out Abjured’s comp?

Don’t bother trying they refuse to adapt/run a counter spec,they expect their’s to be great in all situations but meh we can all blame conquest.
