Guild Wars 2

I’ve played in about 25 free tournaments. From what I’ve experienced and read, A copper chest is received for winning one game, A silver chest is rewarded for winning two games, a gold chest is received for winning all 3 games (3 round tournament.)

However, I rarely seem to receive ANY reward unless the team wins all 3 games. What is the deal here? I’ve asked in game and many people say that rewards are only given after the tournament completes, and they also confirm there is only 3 rounds. YET AFTER 3 rounds of a sPvP tournament, (2 or 3 wins) I still do not get any kind of reward?

My question is WHY?
