When do you get them? My friend (started to play after me) and me do soloq games all the time, he gets chests i get nothing. How come?

In tourney mode, not hot join. Make sure you’re not just hitting “play now”. You que for Solo Que Arena or Team Que Arena, when you win and you zone out there will be a golden Trophy icon on the bottom right of your screen. Click it and accept your reward.

yeah i have gotten those before halloween…past few days i wasn’t getting anything despite winning solo queue matches

that is why i been asking becaue idk what i am missing

Did you transfer from NA to EU or the reverse? There’s a bug with tournament rewards that’s triggered by transferring regions.

i transfered from EU to NA about 2 weeks ago

do you know how to fix that bug?

It can’t be fixed, currently. It will go away if you play as many tournaments in NA as you have in EU. It is also likely that the new reward system will make it a non-issue.
