as a suggestion, limit quick free tournaments to a 2 player premade group (one player can only invite one other into his group and the invited one can’t invite anyone else into this group).
If people seriously want to play together in 3-5 premade teams they should go for the paid tournaments.

This way you should have a more balanced team on both sides, instead of the random quick player vs. a full guild squad.

I agree on this or at least “split” the free queue to solo-pair teams and 5 man ones. It’s really annoying when you end up with 3 people playing the same class as you vs. a full premade team.

P.S. Is the PvP improvement patch, with the custom rooms and stuff, that you’ve promised a while ago ever coming, because I’m a bit tired of waiting. Besides, you’d wanted to make it to the competitive games list, but you’re not even close for now. Do something about it.

the problem is most premades get stomped in paid so they go back to farming pugs in frees (how they find this fun I will never know). there is no middle tier which is sad because apparently gw1 offered a pug/premade separation.
