Not sure if this suggestion has been posted before, but I was wondering:

What would happen if the Tpvp ranking system were to run on the same format as WoW’s rating system?

For those who are not familiar with WoW’s rating sytem, it’s basically a Ranked Rating “specifically” for a certain team of players.

Say a team consisting of: Boob, Poob, Noob, Zoob and Doob, sitting at the rating of say…1800, would only rank up or down when playing with said people.

If Boob were to play with other people like Zing and Zang, winning or losing would not affect his rating.

That kind of system would kind of promote a behavior where people would be able to play with anyone at any time without having to worry about dropping in rank if an unfair match happens.

Thats not how wows rating system works (or ever worked for that matter). And i played extensively & at top rating during all arena seasons besides this one, so i should know*

Pre 5.4 (the current patch) you could create 1 team per bracket in wow. But you couldnt play with others that wherent in that team, unless it was in other bracket ofc.
