Tpvp chest still broken when transferring?

Q:

As the title asks, I am wondering about tournament chest reward bug and if it still happens. It would occur when changing regions (NA moving to EU for example) I’d hate to move and lose the ability to get tournament rewards in spvp.

I think so. There was someone complaining about it within the last month or 2.

Hopefully a dev can confirm for us. Because it is kind of a big deal that you lose the ability to receive one of the only free chests rewarded in spvp after moving regions.
