Tried Druid for the First Time Yesterday...
I don’t know what Rank you are but Druids Heal for a lot if you let them .
you need to check for Stability and the Shout Strenght of the pack (if you hear that don’t CC and waste your skills) the druid will ether heal up with heal as one / share boons or entre CA form and try to go for a kill using its Daze/interruption combo this includes a Pet leap KD .
on the other half the Resounding timbre trait for its shout skills apply Regen to all allies which builds CA asteral force energy again solved by locking down the druid with Timed CC then interrupting the “We heal as one” the cast is 1second the same amount of time it takes to say the words .
the heal as one is the Biggest heal the druid has which also provides the druid with the Bulk of its Defence and might boons which also get transfered back to the pet so if you let it get its heals it only builds up boons , prevent that and don’t waste CC is what i’d say to people that try to burst/spam down a druid which will not work in 1vs1’s maybe in 2vs1’s if the druid is using a low Hp amulet like Marauder or Beserkers.
in my experience i have faced better foes that can stop the CA form easly and have been killed by a few well timed CC’s .
Ps the best time to CC is during CA form and after you hear the words Protect me (if the druid has that skill) then keep check for the shout Strenght of the pack.
as you played druid , it is easy fights vs stupid foes and balanced vs those that know how to time attacks .
the comment on the pet , depending on what try of build you ran (if its the common Heal as one set up Beastmastery,Nature,Druid) this just means that the pet is the main damage source regardless of the Amulet the druid is using because of that the pet is a Seperate damage source to the druid which is buffed/healed by the druid.
on the flip side a dead pet for this build type is also a dead druid no pet , no boons and a greatly reduced damage output unless it is a Druid using A condi Amulet then swaps Beastmastery for wilderness then takes Poison mastery for poison damage+ sigil of Geomancy/earth in addition to a condi pet.
i also don’t know what MMR level or win raito you are on but its easy to win with druid at low MMR levels and much harder at higher levels due to Sound Ques and large Visual effects.

This isn’t true. Druid does not suffer from the so-called Dolyakhunter syndrom. Are you sure you play at higher levels?

Xd it does suffer from large effects ,
Luna impact large Blue light Column the floor before it strikes about 1/3 of second.
all the shouts have Sound ques and are Non target effects easly worked around.
Staff 3 : is one directional leap towards the direction the druid is traveling or go for a easy break and regroup.
staff 4 : vines , visual effect Hand/arm stretch the vines come out when the Hand is half cast about 1/4 second.
Pet is easy to see and hear the whistle of the swap , and if the person did not notice a quickness boost on the druid at the start of the fight , he should know that the closer you are to a pet swap the faster the pet will hit you which can only be done once every 20-32seconds even though its a 15second swap time with beastmastery (this from a decent distance about 600-700 yards gives you time to evade ect)
it might not suffer from Large Icons Floating above heads giving easy ques like a flipping dance game but it has Lots of important Effects which can be noticed and controlled if you don’t get distraced by the the flashy lights and numbers.
Its funny that you think MMR is actually working in unranked :^)
On topic tho, imo the traps are not that big of a deal. I just hate all the passive blocks, but maybe I should just run Basi venom when I’m up vs decent Dragonhunters
you might not increase MMR in unranked but you still get placed vs people of Equal MMR .

I’m not arguing whether druid has visual animations or not. I just wholeheartedly disagree with your statement that druid is a class that excels at low MMR but not at high MMR. That’s an argument people recently used for DH because newbies can get caught in the traps because they aren’t expecting it. It doesn’t apply to Druid at all. Anything works at low MMR.

ether way its a skill cap issue for OP, if he wants to test druids limits try it in ranked before slamming it.
check his stats, very low.. also first post on forums.. so obviously doesn’t communicate too much through the community off game.
… That’s funny because I have a really hard time when I get into a match with ESL and other high level PvP players. It’s all I can do to keep from getting nearly insta gibbed. I’ve only played about 3500 games or so…
Are you sure you are as good as you think you are?

translation of OP: I lose to druids so I will make a fake post about how easy and OP they are even for someone who has never tried it!
One one can deny druids are really strong right now, but if you’re not a decent druid any decent player can 1v1 you without much trouble.
