When I talk to him it says that I’ve already received the gift when I haven’t. Chest is empty.

Not sure if this is because I already got it from PvE.

Nope, I don’t play PvE and the same thing happened to me.

This is cause of it. You can only get one chest – PvE version for some Mystical Cogs and something or PvP for 6 finishers and a backpack.

I took the PvP chest and I don’t regret doing so.

Too bad it took Anet 1 week to put Tixx in the Mists…

I didn’t take any chests from PvE and couldn’t get the PvP one either, it said I already had it but it is no where to be found in my inventory.

This is the same issue for me.
I ended up doing the jumping puzzle because I kinda..didn’t notice the chest And now it’s open. Sucks.

They patched it, you will get mail with your PvP bag.
