And? You can tell after the first fight if someone is running core or not anyway, so its not like they aren’t already targetted first.

Having elite spec icons in PvP makes it even easier to predict which builds your enemy team is running which would make the matches even more about “which team can best adapt to enemy composition pre match?” and less about skill. Pretty lame. Plus people running vanilla builds would probably get flamed by their mates before the match even starts.
I personally think that elite specs shouldn’t have different class icons at all as they’re still the same class. But that’s just my opinion.
