I’d like to see it reworked, not removed
(no i don’t use that rune)
I find it to be not that good rune, I mean, half of the time it just interrupts your heal, and if you know someone is running this rune, you can just put some conditions on him, but I suppose that for some builds it can be a big problem, like in a 1v1 thief, but thats not going to happen usually…
It’s kinda weak imo, you should get 3 seconds of resistance when you mist.
Dunno what to really say about this rune. I have never used and never will, at least not on thief. I have seen it to be useful if you have a well coordinated team (pre made) that you can mist form into, other times I find it a total death sentence as a thief. I mean "oh look, mist for – heartseeker in 2, 1, 0. And dead (90%) of the time. Also like someone has said, it interuptd your action wich is more of a downside then a life saver.
P.s I mainly unranked solo or play with friends so I dunno how “good” it is in ranked game.
gw1 – healing signet/frenzy/charge
I’ve seen it gets staff ele’s out of some tricky spots, same with thieves, but same token it’s bit them in the kitten as well. It’ll save you from a power burst but if I know you’re running it I save MoD till after it ends then hit you with iZerker. Or iWarden. Dead both ways.

And in the run remove air/fire, doom/geo sigils too.
its just a 6th rune skill for Easy Escapes its only useful if you have Full glass builds but without a WvW tower or in Pvp a friend/ally to back you up for a res its pretty useless.

I personally like when people use the rune. A lot of times it procs right while they are trying to use a heal skill. Follow their mist and then hit them as soon as they return to normal form.
Easy win.
I think it should be reworked. Instead of immune it could give something like protection and a vampiric aura.

Whatever you guys say, this rune makes high-end PvP really lame to watch.
Everyone gets a second life basically, which is why pretty much every class is using it right now. Thieves can survive the focus of the entire enemy team guaranteed, by just thowing up a shadow refugee and turning into invulnerable+invisible mist. Super lame.
I wouldn’t mind if it would be simply removed, but maybe a compromise would be to change the stats from power to healing power to make it a bit less appealing to the glass cannons. The 3 and 6 boni would also make sense for a healer rune.
With the actual power creep, vampirism are really necessary for many professions.
With less power creep, there would be better alternative for sure.
