You can actually get in to the base for both teams.

I mean I know this is unintended but I really don’t want this to be removed. It gives absolutely no advantage to the team doing this in normal play. Quite the opposite infact. And it can lead to some hilarious play.

Just this moning I was doing unranked with troll builds for fun and I got a game on kyhlo on Mesmer where we killed the entire enemy team so I jumped into their base, put a portal and told everyone to take the portal, which they did. None of the enemy team even got out of base again! I was laughing so hard.

Seriously though I know this will get fixed eventually, but there is really nothing to gain by doing this in ranked or any other time for that matter.

Yeah please don’t fix that, that was so hilarious hahaha
I’ve never seen that happening in ranked and I don’t think it will ever
Also it doesn’t give your team any advantage when getting in their base to constantly kill a player since your team remains 4 on the map.
Besides you don’t have to take the fight since when you respawn you are invulnerable long enough to leave the base.
