[Video] Why engineer is broken
Svanir Appreciation Society [SAS]
Yup, this is certainly not intented and for me thats an exploit to the max.
Hope they fix this asap.
balanced and skillful, gj anet!
It’s even worse when combined with that AOE moa.
No wonder I see some crazy Enig one-shotting people today during matches.

Such a very active skill. GW2 needs more of this. I say no to passive.
Kappa!
pwahahahaha.. ok.. now thats just funny. :P
I’ve seen some engis atempting to do the same from stealth, good thing my warrior 25% endure pain works like charm. After that they dont last long tho..
moa, rampage, super speed, one shot.
if there’s a god in this world I’d say it’s the engi class.

Indeed. And we might as well just learn to live with this damage, as today’s quick fix was a clear indication it is working as intended.
It is a bug to do with the grenadier trait. When you take Grenadier for some reason you throw out 12-13 grenades instead of 5-7 (my tooltip says 7).
They will deffo fix it, it isn’t to do with Engi balance it is to do with a game bug.
Mesmer insane shatter damage which also Oneshots is intended though, that is a big issue.
Looks like Hundred Nades is back! : D : D : D : D : D : D
(But not for long)
inb4 nerf.
It’s a little concerning that nobody at Anet noticed this in their internal testing. Seems like you would at least go to a target dummy and test your programming.
Although as bad as this is, it’s even worse to do this type of damage from stealth like mesmers are doing.
Both of these MIGHT be acceptable if it were a super long cooldown (although even Lich doesn’t do near this damage in 1 shot). However, this damage is being done with ridiculously short cooldowns.
