Visibility and Mesmers
Nerfing visuals just hurts the game in general. The problem lies in the pvp maps.A game has to look beautiful in order to attract players among other things like rich content etc.Nerfing visual effects, not only from mesmers, but from all classes is a bad move. It’s just that the maps arent Esport/spectate friendly.6 ppl fighting in one small circle is gonna be messy with or without clones/meteors.
You know what, I’m totally fine if we wanna make clones invisible to everyone. Free shatter spikes for me.

That was obviously tongue-in-cheek as it would be game-breaking. Still…trying to fight with more than 1 mesmer there, either allied or enemy is just miserable. Watching it is hilariously futile. It is unfortunately a major flaw in the design/concept of the class, but something that must be overcome if they want to improve spectatorship of the game.

So what then is your idea to fix it? It’s all well and good to complain about something, but try actually coming up with a solution. Complaining doesn’t help anybody, constructive ideas and discussion do.

I’d spend all my time thinking of a fix if I worked for ANet….but I don’t. That is their job. It is players jobs to communicate what they like and what major problems are with the game.
Bigger capture points will greatly reduce the clutter.

This, this game is appalling in how little space is utilized.
