Do not transfer from NA to EU or EU to NA servers.
If you do you will stop getting Tpvp rewards . Its a 1+ year old bug that arena net is ignoring. Unless we spread this around and they start losing transfer money they will never fix it.
Post from Arena Net developers from almost a year and a half :

We’ve discovered an issue where you may stop earning PvP tournament reward chests after transferring from a EU server to a US server, or from a US server to an EU server. We don’t have an immediate fix for this, but we’re continuing to investigate the issue. If you’ve stopped earning reward chests after a server transfer and transfer back to your original server region, you should begin earning tournament rewards again. If you continue to play in your new server region, you should begin earning tournament rewards again once you’ve earned more tournament reward chests than the amount you earned in your original server region. We will update again once we have more details.

For 1+ year? ….

I remember 1 year ago talkin’ with starcraft who went from na to eu and wasn’t getting tpvp rewards…and now i see that kitten is still here…

…i think there’s nothing more to say…still wonder why this game is going nowhere?

No they are not investigating it at all, there was a thread a year back and it’s still alive, it has 10 or more pages if I remember but it’s being ignored.

Tbh they need to make sticky for this. I myself was victim of this bug T_T

it’s like they said they were investigating dungeon exploits over a year ago.

It was a sticky in this section of forums since they found it out. They moved it to the bugs section a fair few weeks ago to broom it under the carpet hoping we would forget even more!

After complaining for so long theres nothing you can do, bare with it through your wins or PAY extra to go back to your previous region.

There are bugs and other things that ANet should see as priorities. I don’t know about this bug myself, but I believe this needs to fixed as soon as possible nonetheless. Bump!
