So either the patch notes are incomplete or the person balancing Ele is on vacation. What’s it going to take to bring dd ele back in line?

Also, is the mesmer balance just trying to troll us? You reduce the recharge of mantra of distraction. Seriously?

…No……Before Mantra goes on CD after channled…now it goes on cooldown after you used your mantras…there’s a difference..

yes mantra of distraction cooldown was reduced, but the cooldown now starts when the last skill finishes, not immediately after preparing the mantra as it was before.

The changes to Mesmer were reasonable and fair, further work may be needed nerfing PU though.

A bug fix is a bug fix. Prepatch; CD starts after last charge. After patch there was a bug with it so they fixed it AND reduce the original CD. Therefore, it is a buff….

But it STILL feels like a nerf, for the whole 2 month we’ve had to use it with that bug ESPECIALLY since the devs were suspiciously silent every time we actually wanted to know if it was intended or not…

The issue with mesmer are broader than PU. Stop defending a broken class.
