Before this gets blown out of proportion, this footage was intended to be a joke. All 4 were using zerk/scholar. A stiff breeze would down us. As for the 22k trueshot, the thief stripped armor to lose toughness and the others pumped might with staff. The daily server guys might as well been bots. As for the team we beat, lol idk they’re just not that good?
Yes, its enemy fault they didnt evade oull in traps that instakilled them. its good to punish enemies for 1 mistake when playing class that will never be punished.

There’s no question that DH Zerkers does massive aoe damages when you have 16 traps all proc at once.
This awesome trap burst DH only strategy is fun in wonderland SoloQ but competitive TPvP is a different playing field. But that’s already been stated by Drennon.
Still hilarious video. I always wanted to try a full dh team like this.

I don’t understand, it,s like they released everything and thought they would just test and balance it later in 2016.
Thats why you get window with your and opposite team composition. When you see 4 DH and 1 thief you know they are going to mid with stealth on.
One does not charge into mid alone.
DH with 11k is easy target, for ppl with brain.
Why dont you try 4 revenants and 1 thief, it would be same thing with 4 ppl cast CoR with 6k aoe crits, bam ppl die in 1 sec.
Or with 4x tempests and 1 thief, while 1 tempest Overload air doing 12k dmg multiply it by 4.

We have so little utility and weapon skills compared to gw1, because gw2 was supposed to be balanced in exchange for freedom.
Result: we don’t have balance, and we don’t have freedom.
Suggestion: scrap the competitive atmosphere, and release like 5 new abilities each patch for every class. Don’t make them unique, use existing animations, etc. just let them be plenty, so we aren’t bored to death in the tiny cage.
the only 2 class that’s op rev hammer 2 and DH trap damage…been running into 4 rev and 4 DH premade a lot recently

Perfectly fine by gw2 defenition of balance, this was was never balanced from start and Anet was always awfull at balancing gw2.
And isnt this a game to play damage build mostly? All that players need is to find the sweet spot that will make all the effort out outshinning target defenses wich isnt that hard, there will be always mechanics or skills that will do to much if isnt in DH damage it will be in another class.
One of the problem is that exist to much trash stats (stats distribution is a bit bad to) that most classes wont use them very well, damage optimization is the way to go, for some reason since the july patch anet increases the damge output, to make game even faster.
