just spent about an hour gaming with 9 other people. we discussed builds, countered each other, got to know one another a little. was great fun. i highly recommend 5v5 servers! less kitten, and you learn tons playing on a smaller scale.

They need to move them to the top of the list so you can easily get full games in them.

People need to stop dropping games as soon as they die a couple times in 5v5 too. A teammate loss is felt more terribly in that mode unfortunately.

yeh, love them. Only found out about them 2 weeks ago and haven’t been back to the 8v8. Popped in on one that was just a 1v1 spot.. everyone having duels discussing the fights and working out counters, really worth while

really need a heavy penalty for leaving 5v5’s midgame, like dota games. no other way around it. people tend to rage quit a little too often.

5v5’s are so much better, I really dont care if a game becomes uneven numbers because I dont care for winning hot-join. I just find the fights so much better, you dont have an awsome fight going then suddenyl 5 people come from no where to ruin your day.

Also +1 to discussing builds, tips and tricks etc. Had that happen more and more in 5v5’s.

Got to agree its way better than the zergfest and is much closer to tournament play.

Agreed. 5v5 is all I play anymore and it’s 1000x better than 8v8. I love the smaller scale encounters, it helps avoid being constantly zerged down.

Also agree that it should be at the top of the playlist.

i agree its a much better environment to test builds for tpvp, and see how things work in 2v2 or 3v3 fights. i almost think it should be set to 6 people tho in hotjoin, to accomodate for the fluctuation in population (very often on these servers i find after 1 match it can drop to a 1v2 or 2v2 which is almost too few for a 3 point map), and agree they should have some near the top of the list
