Now a days wars and condi are a bad mathcup. But there was a time in which mending was on a 20sec cd, and condi cleansing was much easier.
But then, healing sig had to become ‘viable’ (lol joke there) and mending bumped up to 25 seconds. That was the beginning of the end.

And here we are today, running healing surge because mending is lol at that recharge. And just melting away for a little extra healing if your adrenaline is full.
(which btw, another war mechanic based on keeping adren instead of using it gg) and such is life.
Plus healing surge mechanic is counter intuitive. Heal and gain more life if you have more adren. Then fill up your adren. So if I satisfy the first part, then the second is useless. And if I satisfy the second, then the first is useless.
(Woke up today and decided that I wanted adren instead of health. Maybe tomorrow I will want health instead of free adren.) Confuses me

Healing skill balance across classes. Maybe as a warrior I should get x health plus y more for each enemy since I am made to be in a fight.
I just want old mending cd back. it was a competitive skill
Seeing as 5.7k is approximately 25%-30% of my health.
Even a full healing surge is 8.5k which is 30-40% of my health.

But the kicker is in between that cd of the heal, there is no current form of sustaining myself to live. Maybe banner regen or shout heal, but so far away from the damage tree its not competitive. No natural protection, and i am not talking the boon.

I guess whirlwind is my protection.
