Guild Wars 2

What is the skill they use and no matter if you dodge or block; You will get some condi. I think due to the condi sigil like sigil of torment.

It’s related to Krait runes.

you cant dodge krait rune proc
or better say, the proc is not on hit but on use. It means even if you dodge the hit, you will still be affected by those condis if you didnt dodged for some random reason when the warrior used that skill

Also, end of dodge roll… most players think they are still evading, but truth is… at the end of dodge roll… you arent dodging anymore. Thats actually where you place your burst skills against jumpy thieves. End of dodge roll, just when they hit the ground and the dodge animation isnt quite finished yet.
