Lol, well practice a bit and get the right build and you too will be unstoppable.
Warriors are very susceptible to kiting. Otherwise, most of their sustain comes from their burst skill so dodge that and keep up the pressure and you’ll be fine.
It IS difficult to fight a war 1v1 on point though if you’re not a good thief. Otherwise, they should be easily focused down in team fights once their stances are popped.

Warriors are usually double melee so very susceptible to kiting. Kite during stances and burst them when stances over.

Do you know how to play warrior? Probably not, because I don’t seem to have much problem against them. Only
Class that I find weak against warrior is necromancer.
Learn how to play a class if you wanna counter them.
u literally only have to dodge/block/invuln/blind the f1s to beat any warrior. Its the critical ability that all warriors focus around, if you dont let them land their f1 abilities, they cant clear condis (other than weapon swap) and they do not get adrenal health.
There is nothing wrong with warr at all. It has awful mobility, it’s burst is extremely easy to dodge (skull grinder, pin down, all its cc and even axe f1 if they are running power should all be dodged 100% of the time) and if you don’t have cooldowns to dodge/block the burst, then it is easy to kite on most classes. You can even stay on point while kiting mace attacks if you are careful with your positioning.
Of course, if you get hit by headbutt with no stun breaks, you are almost certainly gonna lose the 1v1, but that is YOUR fault, not the fault of the balance team.

They typically spam stability. Necro corruption spam and thief/engi poison field spam is quite effective.

Okay, I have too. Most warriors nowadays run Power, GS/Mace-Shield.
I do agree that Skull Grinder should be dodged most of the times if you’re a decent player.
Arc Divider on the other hand is an instant 900 radius aoe cleave that hits just about as hard as Decapitate. Dodging that is pretty difficult.
The thing about warriors is that they have too many “Key-spells” that basicly has to be dodged. Headbutt, Arc Divider, Skull Grinder, Shield Slam → Hundred Blades and even Rush at times.
The issue is that blind is a non-factor when fighting a warrior due to the high resistance uptime.
This leaves you with 2 options, either try and dodge every skill (Cause blocks are also irrelevant due to Signet of Might) or kite off point during berserk mode.
This gives the warrior either a decapped node or a fullcap, meaning you’re currently losing your 1v1, even if you’re not techically losing it.
What makes this class even more frustrating to play against is the insane recovery potential it has. Adrenal Health, Defy Pain, the 25% health when dying trait, whatever that is called. Couple this with double blocks and evade frames you can see why people absolutly hate playing against it.

It is absolutely not true that most warriors run GS/mace shield. Maybe in lower tiers/on NA they do but in plat 3/legendary on EU most run mace shield/longbow and for good reason. It is more dps, is harder to dodge some skills (longbow 2 is hard to dodge) and has a lot of aoe. Greatsword on the other hand is just not as good against most classes. It is easy to dodge burst (whirl is easy to dodge, so is skill 5 and arc divider is very easy to predict even though it can’t be dodged on reaction). Maybe you do see more warriors running power, but I don’t and from my experience it’s just not as good a build.
Yes, Warriors can force a decap, but they have little ability to follow up on a target who leaves the point to kite for a bit. This means it is very easy to not die against and hold a point contested even in a losing matchup which is one of the weaknesses that warrior has that things like Rev, Mesmer or guard do not have.

OR
you can just be super aggressive while dodging skull grinder & headbutt. if you can open up by bursting him so hard the auto endure pain pops you can keep him on the back foot. often the best defence is a good offensive. if you’re on a condi build you can even kill him through the endure pain, but power builds are strong vs warrior too. also, signit of might has an icon so you know when youre fine to block.
the only real issues are the stances. mace block only blocks one skill in melee, & the shield block is the perfect time to use an unblockable interrupt.
so, just burst hard while evading those few key skills.
