We really need reporting options for afk and hacking. I do not believe that reporting for botting does anything. The notorious afker necro is living proof that reporting atm does absolutely nothing.

I agree with that message. It is silly to have Devs openly encouraging to report for “Botting” when the player is obviously doing something else.

Worst part, to actually get someone banned for hacking you need massive QQ and multiple threads with videos (see wvw).

Well, i just had another guy afking on purpose so we lose game. He capped home, killed beast and went afk for the rest of the game telling us to enjoy pip los. He even encouraged us to report him because i think he is well aware that reporting atm does absolutely nothing.

I honestly don’t understand how can customer support allow that: this guy is literary showing middle finger to them and entire reporting system.

Honestly I’ve just given up hoping for more report options. They didn’t listen when we asked 2 years ago; I seriously doubt they’ll listen now.

More options wouldn’t fix anything if nothing is being done about reports. I understand they must get tons of reports and I guess not all can be reviewed but it’s discouraging when you see blatant violators keep violating with no consequences.

according to anet they get only 10 reports per day…. taken from reddit~
