Weakness and condi dmg
You mean that you want to make vulnerability reduce by 50% condition duration or tick time just why it increase condition damage till 25% (with a full stack) ?
That don’t make sense
To me it does not make sense from a gameplay point of view. How would that work? Would weakness affect the conditions already applied, which is weird (the guy has been clumsy retroactively?), or the conditions applied after that? If it’s the latter, would these conditions have a reduced damage for their entire duration, or only until weakness is cleansed? The former case is more realistic maybe, but then you would never be sure of how much the conditions tick on you.
There certainly is a better way to balance conditions.
How would that work?
By reducing condition damage by 50% on the target. Thats how.

Make condition damage be able to crit then.
I’d rather see protection reducing inc condi dmg by a 33% too, it would make more sense
