This would require a true dedicated PvP dev team indeed.

What I’m awaiting about the game which has an influence on sPvP, and WvW :
- frequent balance of classes (like every month at least)
- rework of the classes to offer more worthy builds for PvP and WvW.

What I’m more specifically awaiting about sPvP is :
- normal games should be used for testing builds, acquire automatisms, testing new maps.
- get ride of PvE rewards in tournament mode at least. Tournament mode should be dedicated to the most challenging games, being solo Q or team Q, in preparation for Esport.
Tournament mode should be reworked to close GW1 pvp mode like, in which players need to have wins streak to earn specific exclusive PvP rewards (titles and cosmetics mostly) and eventually unlock new maps as exclusive armor and weapons sets.
- being able to report AFKers (not possible at the moment) leavers (not possible at the moment) as cheaters (not possible at the moment) which means you’ll obviously have to investigate on that, as you’ll have to take solid decisions : punishments for AFKers, ban and permaban for cheaters. A game matching a team of 4 players versus a team of 5 players (random solo Q) should just be cancelled after 3 mn, time needed for anyone to come back from a crash, especially if leavings occur in the first 5 mn of the game.
- new maps
- new game modes (like the survivor mode of the sun reef or what about an escort caravan one)
- more pvp exclusive stats : total of kills, total of deaths, nemesis (classe who kill me the most) victim (class I kill the most) average kills and average deaths. The most used weapons as total kills with X weapon (pvp only stats to make difference with the pve achievements).
