what are some of the best 1v1 classes that have high mobility/fast and do a lot of burst /1shot dmg?

Guild Wars 2 really isn’t about having 1v1 duels. It’s a numbers game. The way to winning in GW2, is knowing where to be at the right time.

The 2 classes that have high mobility and can do a good burst, are Thief and Mesmer. Both are squishy however and if focused in a team fight, can go down very quickly.

Revenant also has good mobility and damage. Currently Mesmer is the only class that can stand up well in a 1v1 encounter against the majority of the classes. Engineer can give Mesmer some trouble though, but again, the game isn’t designed around 1v1 duels, the classes are designed for team fights.

Condi chronomancers hands down. They have got the offense, burst, kittentons of CCs…oh and double moa. Moa is insta win if it lands.

Condi mesmer . Good players one the theese will win 90% 1on1 and NOT die the last 10% wich is when necro flip there condi bomb. Here they just fast reset and come back.
