I mean, because of the rewards of the achievements, now I have a lot of duplicated PvP gear. What can I do with it? And what’s the best option?

I know I can salvage it, but nothing more. I’ve tried to throw it to the mystic forge but this gear doesn’t seem to match with anything

Salvage for parts and deposit them. That’s it. You can use the mats to craft new gear if you rank up but sounds like you don’t pvp.

I play PvP, but not so much (I’m lvl 9 there)

You can salvage them and use it to craft things you already have. Or will have soon.
