Guild Wars 2

Ok so since Solo queue has been introduced i’ve thought it was quite fun and play it more then anything else in this game but one thing I cant just get over is how there is no sound made when your queue pops. I’ve afk’d countless times and only alt-tabbing back into the game to see it’s 50% over or we’ve already lost. Why do I do this you might ask? There’s nothing to do. When i’m in queue I usually alt-tab, check the gw2 reddit or maybe even the forums so when my queue pops how the hell am i supposed to know? I DONT. “well dont alt tab hurdur” What do you expect me to do for 15 minutes? Stand around in the dullest place in the game(HotM)? And since the WvW seasons have started the WvW queue’s are atleast an hour in the middle of the day so what am i to do?

I used to jump into hotjoins until the queue proc’d, usually to make fun of silly hotjoin heroes and their “builds” (not that I’m remotely better of a player).

Nowadays, I like to run in circles.

Try to create/learn interesting builds. Unfortunately, hotjoin doesn’t give much useful feedback.

I alt tab to reddit or forums.

Contemplate why I keep joining this unbalanced pvp system. Insanity, am I right?

I use to do HJ for some rank points while I waited for the queue but they took that away from us so now I run around in circles or jump on the rocks near the amulet vendor.
