Guild Wars 2

Hi guys, sorry if this question gets asked a lot, I searched google and /r/GuildWars2 but didn’t find what I’m looking for.

I just want to know what happens to my reward track progress if I’m halfway through the Wintersday track, for example, when that track is deactivated. Do I get to finish anyway? Do I get to transfer the progress to another track? Do I just straight up lose all progress and choose another track to start again on?

It will disappear. You cannot finish it after it is removed from the game.

I guess you will be able to finish it… next year.

Should I interpret your answer to mean that I keep my progress, but can’t continue?

Not trying to be rude, I’m just looking for a clear answer and the “I guess” part of your response is not instilling much confidence that my question is answered.
