I think it would be a big deal. PvE would become even easier. And for PvP, just imagine if all sources of Vulnerability just applied double the amount.

Power Engi would become king of PvE. Able to maintain high amounts of Vulnerability even on an enemy with Defiant, the extra doubled percentage DPS boost would be ginormous. A grenade barrage would add 16% DPS to your party versus a big bad. Oh geeze.

In PvP I’m sure it’d have a similar but smaller impact.

neko beat me too it, but yeah, nade engis can keep up 20-25 stacks of vulnerable for pretty much ever without any cooldowns or careful planning needed, just grenade 1-5 skills

also warriors can get quite afew stacks off, and the last thing we need is giving warriors 5-10% extra damage :P

I use rifle and can use “Brutal Shot” and “On My Mark” to get 18 stacks instantly…. I would not mind it being 36% damage increase instead

And then again there is Greatsword, axe, and offhand mace that also apply vulnerability. Soooooo nooooo this idea is aweful. Unless all vulnerability access across classes was cut. In which case there would be no point in changing it anyways as it wouldn’t change.

vulnerability should be 10% inc damage, and should stack like immob, instead of bleeds

then it’d be a good condition
