Let’s say I take a week off, how much lower if at all will my MMR be? Equivalent of losing a game per day?

MMR has a half life of 8973 hours. So its A(t)=A(1/2)^t/8973. I think.

Some must fight so that all may be free.

What does “A” represent? Hours or Days?

I think A is for you current MMR I don’t see another way that it would work…..
