I’m genuinely curious as to what the delta is between my unranked mmr and my ranked one.

Because the quality of my ranked matches are nothing at all like the quality of my matches during the unranked offseason.

Because offseason pvp is played only by people who dig pvp. What you can see in ranked season now is abundant amount of pve players.

Now don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that pve players are worse or something. You can play both pve and pvp and be good at both of them. I refer to people who never in their lives played pvp and decided to join now, because someone said you get ascended gear fast.

I honestly don’t think that true.

Most of the PvE’ers that care about ascended, got ascended ages ago. This mass influx of “PvE’ers” is honestly a myth. The “Bads” are really just casual PvP’ers that previously where previously segregated by mmr, but where set loose by the mmr reset.

I do think there are more players definitely in the mix. Matchmaking has changed as well as that soft reset. Alot of people are readjusting in MMR to where they should be. I can’t say that theres alot more new people in the mix there might be if so, good, we all have to start somewhere. I think the problem might be that thier starting mmr is to high. I know that people are also grouped by games played but I do know taht matchmaking widens outward as it is low on players. Its especially careful to note the times you are playing as that may be effecting your matches.

I don’t know, I’ve seen many people with pve builds who literally get destroyed, but now when you mention it I was wondering if they aren’t those “By default” builds you get after entering mists for the first time?
