Please increase the timer on re-pops of arena announcement messages. I’ll often play hotjoin matches while waiting for queue and i like to finish a fight before entering my arena match when queue pops. It’s massively frustrating to have the message re-pop every 4 seconds in the middle of my screen when i’ve already told it to wait. Please increase the timer to at least 30 seconds.

I’ve had issues with this too but I’ve gotten use to it because I know Anet is more focused on the cash shop than fixing simple things like this. I join the 1v1 servers a lot in pvp while i wait in que and its extremely frustrating to get a pop in the middle of a duel because like you said, if you click wait it triggers a few seconds later. Oh well..

OP, if you have long queues, I assume you are not talking about team queuing in a full pre made, right? Cause when you do the queue is usually less than one or two minutes. And if you are queuing for soloq, or going solo in tpvp, these messages remind you to go in as fast as possible! How many times had I hopped in soloq with my thief, discuss some kind of strat, only to see another thief come in in the last seconds, giving me no time to reroll, and then proceed to push far and get farmed.

My point is, when the queue pops, drop your hotjoin, hop in and prepare to fight. A lot of soloq matches are won or lost before the clocks starts.
