Where are the rank rewards?

Infinite PvP Rank Progression
PvP Ranks are no longer capped at 80. This number will now increment on both the in-game HUD as well as the character-select screen.
Players will be retroactively awarded rank-ups for every time they’ve repeated rank 80.So my question is where are those? I was rank 189 after patch and got no rewards whatsoever but then I thought that maybe they will give them like the WvW ones, giving one more with every rank up until you have no rewards missing… But now I just got to rank 190 and only had just one regular rank up reward. Is it bugged or something?
It was just a number change. You had your rewards when you ranked up in the past, now the number just represents the point you had gotten to anyway.
Everything is in order.
