Guild Wars 2

Why the pvp had to be torn down and made from scratch I have no idea, but could it atleast exist? GW1 launched with HA/GVG/RA/TA at the start and the depth/breadth/diversity of those and the teams and guilds it formed was groundbreaking compared to what has been given to us in this game. GW2 has no PvP worth playing, I can either go play Mob wars or do the same zerg/bunker maps that promote no diversity or strategy imo. Arenanet really blew this one for me and EVERYONE I know that played GW1 and 2. None of them play now, personally I played thousands of hours of GW1 and loved every bit of real PvP. Only posting on here because I cared alot about GW2 and its success based off GW1 and hoping Arenanet can come back from this. How about some stats because first hand experience with the game sometimes isn’t enough to sway anyone.

These were from January, today there were about 2500 with around 10k hours played.
Coincidence? I think not. Lack of PvP features and the little things that made the initial game such a success have been forgotten and thrown out like the rank emote( don’t tell me the GW2 version is cool at all…), guild battles, Hall of Heroes and the match tv system, elite weapon skins from pvp(crystalline anyone?) and more. I remember all the Arenanet trailers saying how they wanted you to feel like you made a difference in the world around you. I think they did the opposite.

Maybe there are fewer XFire users? Lol who still uses that anyway.
